Prof. Qiegen Liu Nanchang university, Professor, IEEE Senior Member, Deputy Director of Department of Artificial Intelligence, Nanchang University, Vice Director of Virtual Reality Industry Technology Research Center, Nanchang University. In 2012, he graduated from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University. During the period, he was a guest at the Institute of Computational Biology of Max-Planck Institute of China and Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at UIUC and University of Calgary. He is engaged in the application of sparse and deep learning representations in medical imaging and image processing, and has co-published more than 40 papers in IEEE Trans and authoritative journals of medical imaging. Presided over or completed 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation. 1 Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Third Prize, 1 Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Second Prize. Prof. Pavel Loskot Zhejiang University-University of lllinois at Urbana-Champaign Institute, China Pavel Loskot holds a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering and a master's degree in radio electronics from the Czech Technical University. He worked as a research scientist and project manager at the Centre for Wireless Communications at the University of Oulu, Finland, before moving to Canada to earn a PhD in wireless communications at the University of Alberta. He has been a Senior Lecturer at Swansea University since 2007. He is a Senior Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Association in the United Kingdom, and a recognized Postgraduate Advisor of the Council for Postgraduate Education in the United Kingdom. His current research interests are in the application of statistical signal processing methods to problems in telecommunications engineering and computational molecular biology. |

Ata Jahangir Moshayedi Information Engineering, Jiangxi University Of Science And Technology, China He received his PhD in Electronic Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, INDIA. His research direction is machine sense OF smell. He is a member OF IEEE and a lifetime member OF INSTRUMENTATION OF INDIA. He is a lifetime member of the Speed Society of India and currently serves on the editorial board of international Journal of Robotics and Control, International Journal of Physics and Robotics Applied Electronics and other journals. He has published 62 papers in national journals and conferences, published 2 books and held 1 patent. His awards include: Best invention for "Ergonomic mattress recognition System design" at the Inventor Imitation Innovator Azad University 7-hour Festival in July 2018; In March 2018, the third place of the third International Robot Game Outdoor Uav Competition (IRANOPEN 2018); Best Paper at the 5th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer in February 2018; In 2017, he was awarded the best paper of the 5th International Conference on Robotics and Mechatronics. |
